The shipment story
Pickup, hub, delivery, and delay as events with a time and a person.
Logistics
Tracking, warehouse steps, and carrier links — with a live board dispatchers will leave open.
How we work this vertical
Status should be something that happened — a time, a person, a place — not a cell someone updated last night. We model pickup to proof and give planners a live board.
Node handles the stream of events — Kafka when many services need the same update. Laravel or PHP holds the reports and the customer page. The history of each lane sits in MySQL or Postgres.
What we ship
/01
Pickup, hub, delivery, and delay as events with a time and a person.
/02
A React desk with filters for lane, delay, and proof. Built for people who keep it open.
/03
Labels, tracking, and incoming updates. One carrier having a bad day should not freeze every lane.
/04
A page that tells the same truth the board already knows.
After it ships
01
Pickup to proof has a time and a person.
02
One carrier outage does not stop the day.
03
The portal reads the board, not a second sheet.
Delivery
01
Goals, people, and the current system — before anyone opens an editor.
02
The tools, the shape, and a date the team can hold.
03
Short cycles, working software, regular walkthroughs.
04
Checks for the paths that matter, then go-live.
05
How it is used, plus your notes, drive the next slice.
