KMVGT

PHP & Laravel

Laravel applications that staff can run day to day.

We build CRMs, portals, and admin tools in PHP and Laravel. Data can live in MySQL or Postgres. We launch on AWS or the cloud you already use.

How we do this work

What you can expect from us.

A lot of business software still runs on PHP, and for good reason: it is a calm home for forms, mail, login, and an admin desk. We use Laravel so those pieces have a clear place, and so the next feature has somewhere to live.

We also look after older CodeIgniter and core PHP when a full rewrite is the wrong first step. New work uses a current PHP, with MySQL or Postgres, and test and live homes mapped for AWS or another cloud.

What we ship

What this work usually includes.

01

/01

Custom Laravel products

Multi-user tools with roles, billing hooks, and reports. The next feature has a place to live — it is not stuffed into a controller.

02

/02

Admin desks

A Filament or custom desk so staff are not working in the raw database. Filters, exports, and the actions of a normal morning.

03

/03

APIs for React and mobile

The same records behind the website and the app — MySQL or Postgres. Login and validation agreed before the first screen.

04

/04

Older PHP, stepped forward

We wrap the live paths first, then move pieces onto Laravel. Money and login get tests before we switch.

05

/05

A cloud that fits

Current PHP on AWS or the cloud you already use. Mail, scheduled jobs, and environments written down.

06

/06

Mail, imports, and reports

Work that should not freeze the page happens in the background — the same habit we use on our own intake.

07

/07

Version moves

Laravel and PHP upgrades planned against your plugins. We test payments and passwords before we switch.

08

/08

Care and patches

Security updates and small features after launch, same code, same lead.

After it ships

What the team notices.

01

An admin people will open

A real desk instead of a database window.

02

A database you can explain

Changes live with the code. Backups sit on the cloud account you already pay for.

03

A usual cloud path

AWS is one home we know well. Other clouds are fine. The database follows the product.

Delivery

How we build it.

  1. 01

    Read the current PHP

The code, the PHP version, and the tables — before anyone promises a rewrite.

  2. 02

    Agree the first slice

The path that moves money or login, plus the first screens staff will use.

  3. 03

    Build on Laravel

Records, permissions, and a desk your operator can use in week two.

  4. 04

    Launch

Test and live homes, mail, scheduled jobs, and a note for rollback.

  5. 05

    Stay for the next release

Fixes and the next module, same thread.

Typical use

Where this lands first.

  • CRMs and ops desks

Questions

Questions teams ask first

Do you only work in Laravel?
Laravel is our default for new PHP. We also keep older CodeIgniter and core PHP when a rewrite is not the first step.
Can you host Laravel on AWS?
Yes — and on other clouds. Test and live homes, scheduled jobs, and MySQL or Postgres on the account you control.
Laravel or Node.js?
Laravel when you need a strong admin, mail, and a clear data model. Node when many people act at once. Many products use both.
Can the public site stay on Laravel?
Yes. Public pages stay as normal Laravel pages. The signed-in product can still sit in React if you need it.
